my mistake. I just read a critical article on american media's coverage of Littleton and Yugoslavia, and for a moment thought that things were worse than they are...

returning to your question, I hardly know anyone around here who sees NATO's attacks on Yugoslavia as an american operation. given the full support from the european union (and in a backwards way also the security council), it isn't really 'wag the dog' this time...
