Help MacWEEK convert outline to RSS

Believe it or not, here at Mac Publishing (home of MacWEEK), we do not have unlimited resources. We're currently advertising for two open positions: a Web Production Assistant and a UNIX System Administrator. I would love to find people who are also Frontier savvy. In the meantime I have a more immediate crisis.We need to be able to convert the MacWEEK headlines and blurbs, which are stored in an outline to RSS so that other sites can pick up our news. And we need to be able to do it now!
The outline structure looks like this:
