Of course, you conveniently disregard the fact that this is exactly what OpenDoc gave to the MacOS. The ability to display HTML in a web browser component in the OpenDoc layer or in a window in any application which had the ability to display OpenDoc components.Just like how QuickTime can display a VR movie if it can display any type of movie in an application.
Frontier was poised to be a first class OpenDoc development tool...but instead your rancor at Apple helped kill that project.
