LibGD is a Frontier graphics extension (DLL) for creating and manipulating images in GIF format. It includes a text engine for rendering text with TrueType outline fonts.

The latest update focusses on image transformations - vertical and horizontal flips, rotation through 90 and 180 degrees, shears, and rotation through arbitrary angles.
