One weakness of Linux relative to other Unix operating systems that you didn't mention is the inferiority of its TCP/IP stack to that of the BSDs in terms of performance. This isn't a big deal for most users, but it is a known fact that the IP stack built into BSD is significantly superior to the Linux IP stack for server applications.
