Uhh .. perhaps you mean that VQF is part of *MPEG* 4., the new MPEG that is using the QuickTime file format.

Remember that MP3 is MPEG *1*, layer 3, not MPEG 3.

Thanks for the info ! Just learned something. Don't know why they put MP4 at the VCQ site. I found this info on the download page at the source section:

Since MP4 is made of both AAC and VQF, TwinVQ source is in the MP4 source.

Strange.
