Has anyone else noticed that as of 1:43 EST on July 13th news.userland.com is out of sync with news.userland.com/1999/07/13?

I've noticed the same thing with news.userland.com/discuss and news.userland.com/discuss/$1999/07/13 It looks like the delay is at least 2 hours since the latest messages on these two pages are 8:36 AM and 10:37 AM respectively.

I am viewing these pages from the east coast, at work, and behind some type of net cache so my results may be particular to me only.
