But the movie trailer site isn't linking to a Universal page. It's linking to a Universal video clip. I suspect Universal will win this one in court -- it's like having an img src tag refer to someone else's jpg, an unfair taking of the hosts resources.

Universal has a much stronger case here than did Ticketmaster.
