PQA's don't have cookies, but they do have %deviceid, a little-heard-about feature that uniquely identifies a Palm VII to a website. You can read about it at http://www.palm.com/devzone/palmvii/tutorials/tutorial_web.html.

Look for the section titled: "Cookies substitute: %deviceid"
