Microsoft to Lease Office

What's not to get? This is Microsoft's bread and butter for the next 5 years. Instead of producing a new "version" of Office every two years, they hope to get $5-$15/user/month on a regular basis. Steady reliable income and they can justify it by saying no upgrade hassles to the end user. That is, until the leased user wants to collaborate with someone who is using the old standalone version of Office.
Plus Microsoft needs to do this before Sun's Staroffice comes alive with their web-centric version.
