A Web Based Backup Proposal for frontier.

I'm thinking of something long the lines of the Qube's backup system, except for GDBs. Easy to use, easy to script, easy to get important data off site.

This is one of the projects that is coming out of the last Seattle Frontier Users' Group meeting. It's intended to be open source community building software.
