Manila vs. Blog
I was wondering if someone would be so kind as to summarize the main differences between Manila and a tool like Blog (www.blogger.com). What would be the advantages of using one over the other? Who is each tool targetted towards? Which tool would be more suited to an individual creating a weblog for posting to a budget web host? Thanks.
