Another ridiculous patent:

In essence it says: lets built a small computer. Duh!

The holder is suing 3Com for violating the patent with the Palm Pilot, because it is a small computer that lets you enter numbers.

A new legislation is needed. Otherwise the next civil war will not be about money but intellectual property.
