I agree, Dave. I have made plenty of mistakes.

I hope I learned from my perceived failure at persuading my former IBM boss to support my ideas. I probably could have done a better job preparing the groundwork for my suggestions.

Sure, I take part of the blame. But, I try to keep moving forward as best I can as the days roll by.
