99.999 is a promise which needs a big huge asterisk

* You need a failsafe agreement * Your packet needs to have made it to the conxion failsafe network

It's not that anyone one the internet will be able to get to you 99.999% of the time.

It's that the conxion failsafe network is down less than 26 seconds a month.
