If Conxion is advertising 100% uptime, then the absolutely *deserve* to have dissatisfied customers like UserLand publicly announcing their failure to keep that promise. It's just fighting publicity with publicity. They should consider themselves lucky they're not being sued for false advertising/misrepresentation.
