According to this CBS Marketwatch report:

One particularly cruel version informs the recipient that his or her credit card has been billed $326.92 for a special Mother's Day diamond. When the user opens the "invoice," the virus program is unleashed.

Who is going to be able to resist opening that attachment? Wow! :)
