XML-RPC validator: a few suggestions

When I was playing with updating my editthispage.com site with Perl, the issues I had mainly revolved around inconsistencies with escaping the various XML entites. Some heavy string tests which use a bunch of & escaped entities would be far more useful and, although I haven't played with it for a few months, probably show up some bugs in your implementation of XML-RPC relative to the spec.
