Dave -- regarding 'web' v. 'windows': remember, NGWS is only the current naming scheme. IIRC, Steve Ballmer has been publicly quoted as recognizing the ungainliness on the acronym, and stating that the naming will likely change.

What's most important is what's underneath -- and the Web is definitely integral there from all indications thus far.
