What he writes is always interesting, one of the real luminaries on the web and in the computer industry. Especially relevant (like everything written by Mark Weiser) for the discussion of the two way web going on here recently.

Read about his vision here. Unfortunately he goes off on an angle into self-interested discussion of lifestreams at the end. Still worthwile reading though.
