Okay...here's some more information. If I use this URL to get to my site (http://rtpad.hpw.pri.bms.com:81/controlpanel) I get the error message but if I use (http://rtpad.hpw.pri.bms.com:81blahblahblah/controlpanel) I can log into the control panel for the site.
