changedIcons with Java

As a small project to start learning Java and programming Servlets I made a changedIcons servlet.

To parse the XML I use the Xerces XML Parser.

The code is very similar to the Perl code I wrote.

Also, if anybody is rendering the changedIcons XML file in another language, let me know. I'd love to see it, and I'll toss a link up on my page.
