Thanks to you and Mark. I've checked out http://soap.weblogs.com and asked Ken MacLeod about the state of his Perl SOAP implementation. I want to build a SOAP server interface for Take It Offline similar to the XML-RPC interface I currently have, which lets you programitically create new discussion topics. TIO is coded in Perl, so I need a pure-Perl server-side SOAP implementation.
