It seems that this is similar to the Microsoft vs. Slashdot confrontation of a couple months ago. For background, here's the url, http://slashdot.org/features/00/05/11/0153247.shtml. [Warning, there are many, many comments so it takes a bit to load.]

Does a company have the right to ask/make a web site take down material that the company feels is under NDA? That's the question that has to be answered.

The other question is where does the journalist space start? Who deems which site as a journalistic one? Can web sites really be protected under the freedom of the press banner?

These are tough questions and I make no offers to answer them.
