What use is a linked playlist if you don't have the MP3s on it? The strength in Napster is the sharing of the music itself, right?

It has xml-rpc built in.

There's a php rpc client/server.

There's a php napster client.

I give it ... one night (for a proof of concept), probably starting after dark and ending around 3 am, with lots of caffiene and tunes.
