Oh boy! A question free of potential controversy? I'll take a stab!

Yes, Frontier supports all(?) OSA-compatible languages. Pick your language-of-choice from the little pop-up window at the bottom of a script window. There's a little to deal with accessing the two different data spaces, but you might find this a good way to get your feet wet with Frontier.
