And someone else pointed out that AOL does not *yet* own WB.

Yes, that was in the Upside piece, but I couldn't figure out why that was relevant? Why should it make any difference if the merger is complete or not? Perhaps something is brewing inside AOL? One can only hope that they bring some of their experience with the Internet to the music industry. Let's hope for their cluefulness.
