He's 48. Yes, he had warning signs that he ignored. Does he have high risk? Yes, he's in high tech, and therefore high stress.

I'm 45. This story really came home to me. We're in heart attack territory, for the rest of our lives. Not invincible anymore. It totally sucks! I want to live forever. Oh well.
