Common Logs not working

I had check the Common Log tab in the control panel and after many days I still have not seeing any logs in text format. I had also try to locate the commonlog postfilter within the user.webserver table, but I only see another invocation and not the whole script?

Is there anything that I am missing? Thanks for the help, Kiki
