The NeXTSTEP developer packages is *hardly* a bunch of little add-ons for GCC as you suggest. The majority of the devsystem is a great IDE built by NeXT- just because they include GCC doesn't mean they're *selling* GCC. That's hardly the case in this situation.

Same goes for WebObjects- anybody who uses that would hardly call NeXT's frameworks and IDEs 'add-ons to GCC'.
