The Video games are an electronic product.

True... But when I buy it I do in fact receive a physical package of some kind, unless I buy software over the net which is downloaded. (not my personal choice, by the way... I'd much rather get a physical copy)

Unlike your friend, my son certainly does not have the know-how to copy/hack a video game.

And even if he did have this knowledge, and made his own pirated copy, I'd blister his little butt in a heartbeat! ;-)

It's wrong to assume everyone will illegally copy something just because it is easy to do. I know alot of people who will not. Your mileage may vary. ;-)
