You missunderstood my post.

The cards etc are a regular physical product. I wasn't talking about counterfiting.

The Video games are an electronic product.

The lions share of Pokemon fans aren't collectors. They are typical kids going with the fad. This isn't a situation based on Intellectual Property. People are buying a physical product(the cards).
