Power to the (Mac) People

A group of protesters are scheduled to gather at the upcoming Mac Expo in Paris next week. Ostensibly, they have grievances with Apple's recent legal tactics and general indifference to the needs of its users. This relates excellently with the whole "Cluetrain Manifesto" gestalt. With Apple, where does the conversation begin? Who is actually conversing?
Or, as is every Macfan's worst nightmare, has there ever even been a conversation in the first place?
