I've been asking for this one for years.

I'd like to be able to expand/collapse.

If every browser could do this, I'd rely on the feature and produce much more complex hierarchic pages.

No, the DHTML version of this feature is not good enough. I want a hand crafted outliner in C with nice visual cues and a tuned up interface.
