Caching the home page

For some reason I can't get my browser to stop caching the discuss.userland.com home page. So every time I want to see the home page, even if it just fully loaded a minute ago, it shows me the one for December 10. I must have made some kind of change on the server that caused this. Anyone have an idea about this? Dave
