Deleted messages and msgReader.xml

Dave, the msgReader.xml versions of messages still contain references to messages that have been deleted.

PS, How did you decied how much information to include in the XML version of a message? There's not enough info there to completely re-construct the normal HTML representation unless one has access to the Frontier database itself.
