I can't see why mainResponder / betty / inetd couldn't do not only IP redirection but also IP virtual hosting.

All that's needed is:

- Allow listens to bind to selective IP addresses instead of ALL.

- (perhaps this is in already) make it possible for betty to know which server IP address a request was sent to.

The rest could be done in betty preFilters or #security scripts, could it not?
