Just as a proof of concept, I made a version of our XmlRpcClient that's hardcoded to examples.getStateName(12) at nirvana.userland.com.

I put up an .asp file that looks like this:

<%@ LANGUAGE = JScript %>
<%
    client = Server.CreateObject("helma.XmlRpcClient2");
    Response.Write (client.execute ());
%>

and it worked.
