Be sure to add a "social-psychology" section to this book! Something about the dynamics of the e-community and how, for example, annotation, and the ability to follow and participate in a particulare thread leads to a group identity. And let us not forget Technography, for example, that Frontier-implemented, web-supported, individually-facilitated community processing kinda thing that is doubtless going to prove central to the evolution of the abovementioned.
