We do lots of renderings of the same content. The home page at davenet.userland.com is just a script, it finds the most current story and flows it thru the template.

But when I point to the story I always use the permanent location, in case anyone happens to point to it from their site. That's the rational way to do it, IMHO.

BTW, I got this idea from www.suck.com, way back in the early days.
