One of two things is happening:

1) You entered a ticker in lowercase, but my database stores them all as uppercase. I'll fix this on my end.

2) You entered a ticker which doesn't exist (or is really obscure). I already modified my end to report an error, but Dave's half doesn't understand the message yet.
