Hyperlinks! What a cool idea, Dave! And great contribution to the lore of technography. This might have a lot of implications on how we consider managing documents over the life of a project.The document camera sounds interesting as well. What uses do you project (pardon the pun) for that technology?
Some other questions: are you archiving your meeting outlines on a local intranet? Do you use hardcopy? How do you see these inter-relating?
I agree that a Koosh ball is a bit advanced as a meeting plaything. Perhaps Silly Putty would be perceived as a more compliant medium for Naval meditations.
