Personally, I'd take B.

...which is to sit back and watch these people being murdered (Really Dave, peacefully relocating close to a milion people against their will is an illusion. Where would they go? And where will we put the next minority that becomes unwanted in some lunatics eyes?). I choose option A because it *might* be effective (and I believe in technology making these bombings ever more effective) and option B simply isn't one.

China and Russia are not only too powerful to try to tell how to behave, but also too far away. Kosovo is only a few hundred KMs from where a lot of family lives (my father is from southern Italy).
