isn't that the story du jour. i am having problems just getting my nameservers changed for www.recordstore.com. to top it all off, i can't even get a response to my emails from them (other than the automatic response, if that counts). On the up side i have emailed my head off to anyone that will listen about this, and have actually gotten responses back from some of them... like E Dyson.As i keep saying - i didn't mind this kind of service when it was free, but if this were a restaurant, the meal would be free due to the wait-staff.
