I took a look at the site, this isn't anywhere near a micro-payment method as far as I can see. It's a promotional and marketing tool, which is fine but no merchant is making anything here, certainly the consumer is, which is a good thing, but I can't see it replacing micro-payments.

For a viable micro-payments syem take a look at:

http://www.worldpay.com/usa/index2.html and check toe account based payment systems
