Steve,

there is an XML-RPC servlet included in the zip file:

You can use it as a blueprint for your own servlets, adding functionality. I personally haven't used it since the initial release (although I'm using Apache JServ) because I found the self-built webserver more flexible and fast enough for my purpose.

(Setting up Apache JServ to listen to /RPC2 is not trivial, you'll probably need mod_rewrite to do that: http://www.engelschall.com/pw/apache/rewriteguide/ )
