Hmmm, I seem to recall distinctly that while several of us were testing some websites on my NT 4 workstation machine a few months ago, hitting the IIS server (version 3), that we reached a real limit on users, imposed by the software, that shut us out. We had to go around closing sessions. (And yep, I was pretty pissed off.)
