Java textToXml Class

I have written a simple Java class which takes an input file, does a little magic, and then spits out the new ScriptingNews format xml file.

It's pretty barbaric right now. I'm hoping to add the use of config files and the Element Construction Set(http://java.apache.org/ecs) for the creation of the xml.

I also hope to allow the input file to be a url and I'm going to write a Java servlet which can be used to have people 'POST' the data and have the xml returned.
