I just hacked together a quick cgi version of the Perl source file parser, you can try it here:

http://www.networked.org/scripting/

It just returns a text/xml scriptingNews file. You probably have to view source, or risk your browser mangling it for you :-) To see the output of scriptingNews try this: http://www.networked.org/scripting/parse.cgi?url=http://nirvana.userland.com/misc/myUserLandDemo/inputFile.txt
