QPS to HTML

Well, not exactly HTML, but rather my question is:

Is there a way to transfer data from QPS (QuarkDispatch database) to an ODBC-compliant relational database management system like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle??

If so, what special software is required, and can you point me towards some documentation on accomplishing this task?
